Which package should I book for a car in Beverly Hills?
For upkeep on a car that is already in good shape, Express Detail from $115 is enough. If the problem is road film that has already bonded to the paint, Express Detail will not touch it. That needs Full Lab from $349, which includes the clay-bar decontamination and the sealing wax that follows it, leaving a hydrophobic finish that lasts about three months. You can also add Clay Bar and Wax Protection from $95 to any lower package instead of moving up a tier.
What if the paint already has marks, or I want protection that lasts?
Two different things. For lasting protection we install Ceramic Coating — 3 to 5 Years from $825, which runs three to five years, and there are separate ceramic options for glass and for wheels. For marks already in the clear coat, such as swirls from dry wiping, One-Step Polish at $275 handles lighter marks and Multi-Step Correction from $695 handles paint that needs more. We look at the car first and tell you honestly which one it needs, and whether the marks will come out at all, before anything starts.
Does it matter whether I am above or below Sunset?
It does. Below Sunset the work is road film and brake dust. Above Sunset it is sap, pollen and debris etching under tree shade. The packages look the same but what actually gets done is different.
Why does my black car show swirl marks under every light?
Almost always from quick washes and dry wiping. Those marks are in the clear coat, so they need polishing rather than washing. Once corrected, a sealant and proper wash technique keeps them from coming back.
Do you handle gated properties in the canyons?
Yes. Where there is a guard we need to be on the list before the appointment. Give us the name on the account and the date when you book and we will confirm access.
Do you need water or power at my location?
No. Our units are 100% self-contained with pressurized water tanks and onboard generators. We need nothing from your property — just access to your vehicle.
How long does a service take?
Exterior Lab ~45 min · Interior Lab ~1 hr · Express Detail ~1 hr 15 min. Your day continues uninterrupted while we work.
