A basic clean inside and out - exterior hand wash, wheels, tires and glass, plus a full interior vacuum, wipe-down of the dash, console and door panels, and carpets brushed and vacuumed.

Heavy pet hair or unusually heavy soiling can need extra cleaning time. If your detailer finds it on arrival, the price for it appears on your tracking link first - nothing extra is charged unless you approve it.

What is the difference between a car wash and a detail?
A car wash cleans what you see. Our closest service to a wash is the Express Detail, from $125: a hand wash outside plus a vacuum, panel wipe-down and carpets brushed inside. A detail goes further: Deep Interior Lab adds steam cleaning, shampoo of seats and carpets and conditioning of plastics and leather, and Full Lab adds that interior to an exterior hand wash, clay bar and wax.
Can I book same-day?
Yes. Pick today on the calendar and you will see the times we can still reach you. We need at least about an hour from booking to get to you and set up, so the earliest slots of the day disappear as the day goes on. A time within the next 3 hours is Wash Now, our on-demand service: it adds a $15 fee and we start looking for an available detailer right away. If no detailer can take it, we cancel it and release the hold on your card. If nothing is left for today, tomorrow is right there.
When is my card charged?
When you book we place a hold on your card that includes room for a tip. You are only charged what you owe once the detail is finished, and the rest of the hold is released automatically.
Do you need my water or power?
No. The units bring their own water and power. We need access to your vehicle and a suitable place to work.
Which service should I choose?
Express Detail is a basic clean inside and out: hand wash, full vacuum, wipe-down of the panels and carpets brushed and vacuumed. Deep Interior Lab is interior only: steam cleaning, a deep clean of the panels, shampoo of carpets and seats, and conditioning of plastics and leather. Full Lab is everything in Deep Interior Lab plus an exterior hand wash, clay bar and wax.
Does Deep Interior Lab include the exterior?
No. Deep Interior Lab is interior only: steam cleaning, a deep clean of the dash, console and door panels, shampoo of carpets, seats and floor mats, interior glass, and conditioning of plastics and leather. The outside of the car is not washed. If you want inside and out, choose Express Detail for a basic clean, or Full Lab for the Deep Interior plus an exterior hand wash, clay bar and wax.
Can you detail my car while I am at work or inside?
Yes, that is how most of our visits go. You leave the keys as agreed or the car open, we work where it is parked if the property allows it, and you follow the job on your tracking link until it is done.
Do you work in the rain?
No. Water on fresh wax and wet carpets do not mix, so when rain or extreme heat is coming we pick a new day with you, free of charge.
How is the price of a detail decided?
By package and vehicle size: a sedan costs less than a large SUV or a truck, and you see the number before you book. The only thing that can change it is heavy dirt or pet hair, an extra $25 or $45 that you approve first.
How long does a detail take?
Express Detail: about one hour and 15 minutes. Deep Interior Lab: three to four hours. Full Lab: around four to five hours. Vehicle condition can affect timing.
